ill be away for a bit due to fracturing 2 bones in my ankle whilst getting out me truck ( did not know this is possible lol ) and it needs operating on and I've been stuck in hospital since tuesday already so ill see you guys soon take care
 
wishing you a full and speedy recovery. We will be here when you are ready to return.

Get better man. You're wrists still work; don't they have DoD at the hospital??!!
 
thanks for all the comments :)

thought id pop on and say hi and that im healing slowly but nicely but still going to be a little while yet as have to have more xrays in 3 weeks time and go from there really plus i have to have physiotherapy at the end of it........... seems like its dragging but ill get there sooner or later
