yes, that adapter would work nicely.

Alright, well thanks for all your help =) as I stated earlier I have not made up my mind yet, but It will most likley be a choice between these 3 items:

I'm leaning towards the wireless adapter because it is cheaper and whereas there are only a few reviews, almost all of them state how great the product is. I may attempt to install this phone jack since I already have it, but now I have backup options in case there is something wrong there =)
*edit* and something went wrong. no power in that phone cable as I was afraid of.
