Source Games Freezing then Timing Out

Title.

Whenever I go to a server in any source game, after a bit it will freeze then I will time out.

All of my other games are fine.



This has been happening on and off for months, any help?


I've reinstalled STEAM once
Reinstalled my source games MANY times.
I verify my Cache almost every time this happens.
I have defragged my game cache.
I restart my Modem/ Router every time.
I restart STEAM almost every time.

ETC.

So yeah, I'm out of ideas.

I can actually stay for about a minute or two now and I sometimes won't time out, but it still happens often and gets annoying.

Also I realize I already made a thread on this, but it was in the wrong section. Sorry.

I've seen problems with routers before causing this type of problem. Do you have other computers on the network that are able to game on these servers without incident?

No other computers, but my XBox is fine.
