High Cpu Usage

Alright so i have this thing on my desktop where it shows my desktop usage. Everytime i open google chrome it will jump up to 90% and then back down to 20% and when i go to websites like youtube and edgegamers.com it will jump up to 90%. Plus ive been hearing these weird beeping noises from my speaker. This just started happening today it wasnt like this yesterday.also it would just randomly jump to 90% even when i have nothing opened at the time. Please help.

Based on the video processor, I would say that flash is not accelerated, so those readings for flash-based content sound ok. Maybe a little high. Have you tried reinstalling the sound drivers yet?
