CS: GO and eGo

Hello all, I just had a question about the servers and CS: GO. Will the servers be moving to CS:GO when it comes out? I think jail would be quite fun with the new graphics and guns and stuff. Thanks :biggrin:

Servers wont change to CS: GO as far as I know. As to if we will support it, leadership hasn't said anything about it, but if we did we would probably get a couple servers for it, not take down current ones.

I guess it will also depend on what happens to CSS, like if Valve just leaves it in the dust like they did with 1.6 then the servers already present in CSS will become hard to maintain.

There are a few points in which will convince me to buy GO:

1. Riot Shields
2. Same Servers
3. Easy transition from Source
4. Maps from Source can be easily transition to GO
5. Discount/On Sale for GO
6. Someone gifts GO to me.

Jus give it time for the modders to get their hands on the game. I'm sure within a few months of CS:GO's release, we'll have the more popular game modes ready to play (gungame, minigames, etc.). I'm fairly sure Valve wouldn't remove the features to mod it anyways, since that's one of the big hypes about CS:S atm.

As for eGO's support, I'm sure Leadership will give us one or two servers. I doubt it will be anything like Jail or GG, but it all depends on the popularity of the game, and if the game is even any good.

I know that even if eGO has one tiny server, I'll buy CS:GO just so I can play with you guys.

Riots shields are stupid idk why they excite some people it failed along with the rest of CS:CZ riot shields are OP -.-(Unless you come from behind).....and yes we need jail for CS:GO do it,do it NAO.
