I loved grand marble v2, That was the best map ever, I loved the scouts in race, And the map was so simple and it was like the best map to hide in your cell and wait for everyone to leave and go to race and then you run out and get into armory! <3 that old map i cried when they took it away :\

Meh, I've only played the older version one time during jail on the event server, and I can't say it caught on for me. So I pretty much dislike both versions, the new one more-so.

In my opinion, I don't think you have any say in this. Why should leadership change something that a dedicated member worked hard on just because some people say otherwise? I don't see you making maps for the jail server, so you aren't really in a position to say weather maps should stay or go. You shouldn't be asking for a maps to get removed or downgraded a version, instead you should be thanking Christy, Rouge Sniper, and Captain Nighthawk for all the hard work they put into making the wonderful maps we have on our jail server. I know this may seem rude, but you have to look past what you personally believe and look at the big picture.

lol most players hate the new remake of rogue sniper's map and its barely played now, back then grand marble was every1s favorite so if the players want it they should bring it back, not because rogue made it they should leave it.

Easy tiger. We all have a say, whether or not we make the maps - we're a community, that's what communities do, they bring up public or private suggestions, people have their say and leadership will decide on which keeps it's members happy whilst keeping the technical stuff stable...etc. Nobody said we hate the map creator nor that we aren't thankful for their time, otherwise we wouldn't be playing their maps at all - don't think of this idea to downgrade as being a personal attack.

The picture is simple and clear, there will always be some maps are better than others - but we're comparing two somewhat identical maps - they both have Pro's and Con's - the poll shows the majority of people prefer to play the v2 version over the latest one.

Couldn't agree more Abdul, well said. I also personally think some may or may not have voted no for just that reason: they didn't want to offend the map makers. Maybe not, but still, the results do count for something.

Lolz, on the contrary, great mappers thrive on criticism. If the people don't like it then obviously something wrong was done; they derived from what's fun or something. And you can't just say, "Oh if you don't like it, I don't see you making maps." Like people that don't map can't have opinions or something if a map is fun or not.

The people obviously want the old map back, and there's really no reason why it shouldn't be placed back. It has the appropriate numbers, but whatever.

Wow, that's a little silly Mega. Just because we don't make the maps doesn't mean we can't have an opinion about them. Of course we have a say on whether we like them or not. and I'm gonna have to agree with everyone else mega. not gonna try and bash you now, but most mappers like the constructive criticism. they see we like the other version better they can take that and use it when they either update the map again. or when making a new map. i greatly appreciate the time they put into making the maps, but there are just some that people don't enjoy and I can see why.
