Stealing is not permited in conquest right?

At this point in time, stealing vehicles is permitted so long as you are not killing everyone in spawn to get to them. If they shoot at you, it's game-on, if not, you're just gonna have to eat that knife.

The best option though is to just stay out of spawn.

As stated above, the current rule on vehicle stealing is that it's permitted. There has been a poll made regarding this matter and we'll come up with a final verdict on this matter within the next few days. Hopefully, this'll make it easier to admin and close the issue for a while.
