convert this to animated spray plz?

I tried converting it to an animated tga myself, but all my attempts ended poorly.

didn't work. i think it needs to be vmt or tga.

Ok, so that didn't work.
But, try this. You take that vtf and the vmt I'm uploading below, and put them here (assuming you're putting it into CSS):

steam/steamapps/(your username)/counter-strike source/cstrike/materials/vgui/logos

That might work. I didn't know if the spray would outright not work if it was put somewhere else, but that's where I put all my vtf sprays.

Ok, so it turns out you will not need the vmt. Source will automatically build it for you.

Didn't work anyway. I could select the spray, but it did not show up when I sprayed it. Not sure if that's a normal bug or just means that the spray didn't work. Fairly certain that there are too many frames and I just need to cut its filesize down.

Filesize was indeed the problem! This new vtf should work (it worked when I tested it in TF2(Testing in CS:S takes too long, waiting to respawn...)). It's not as smooth or as high quality as the original pic, but it should at least work.
