Steam/CSS issue

Since after the update i cannot seem to play Counter Strike. After the Valve screen plays, it exits and i get pop up saying connect on replay.dll failed! How do i resolve this?

Steam>Library>Right Click CSS>Properties>Verify Integrity Of Game Cache>Start CSS
