Cant connect to any game now?

for some reason i cant connect to any sever now i check my firewalls to see if that was the problem it was not. Does anyone else have this here problem? or is it just the EA dudes that f up something again:thumbdown:?

I have been getting this also, was closing out of game and steam then reopening that sometimes works, otherwise I have to reboot. I have also had the reboot not work for me when that happened I reinstalled the whole game. It worked fine for a few days, now it's starting to act up again on me. Reboot trick worked for me when it happened last night. If it craps out again I my try just running it through origin. I have yet to be able to find a full on fix for it but if it continues and I still have the problems on origin I'm going to contact EA about it.

I have this issue as well. Usually exiting out of the game and restarting it works for me. If not I just go play StarCraft 2 for a few fastest games then come back :thumbup:

damn it EA agian they screw up just like in command and conquer we could not go back to any server for like awhile. but yeah it has to be a server problem. also could not go into our servers well i guess we must wait

I'm too technical for that, if I have a comp issue just about everything else gets dropped till I figure that out.

I logged out of EA, then signed back in. Then it worked.

I was having the same problem 3 or 4 days ago, I'm on the Steam version. Verifying game cache found one file in need of repair and that got me back going again. Haven't had anymore problems since (fingers crossed, knock on wood)

I had this issue and downloaded the stand-alone punkbuster updater (steam was useless). It showed BC2 punkbuster was in need of an update. Once the update was applied, I didn't have any issues connecting.

yes finally the punk buster updating works thank you and i been wondering how do u change ur divsion or are u stick this way?

its under my account > edit option > under additional info.

After reinstalling again, and fixing some issues with uninstalling and reinstalling pb i think i have it all updated and running correctly now.
