i think we should have an dod_omaha sever

well i was on a sever the other say and it was dod_omaha map an i thought it was a great map and it would make you feel like you were on D-Day

what do you guys think?

this map ran over months on our KK server and it was not a success....99% empty server......and the textures,esp. the greens and bushes are not even dod 1.3 standards ( original dod from 1998 )

It's not that easy to just "get a map maker to redo the map". Real, professional looking DoD maps take months and months of work to create and playtest, and take someone who is not only dedicated, but quite skilled, with the requisite software. We don't have the ability to simply ask someone to make us a map like that....

my friend is a map maker and he said he can do it but make it alot like it was in real life if you want to give it a try

Well Im sure you are sorry for what you did do. But as an =(e)=, you are held to a higher standard since you are a potential admin. Your actions blatantly showed your temper would fail if you had admin and there was someone you had to deal with that you just flat out didnt like. Now im not sure who you talked to about being unbanned and your link goes to nothing so I am assuming your thread was deleted. But a council member told me that you are still banned. Hopefully something like this teaches you to watch what you say/do in future situations

There is no real need for this thread to keep going since the map your thinking of is strand and its already a server here
