Binding of Isaac crashes when starting

I got the Humble Voxatron Debut bundle yesterday which included the Binding of Isaac. I used the Steam key, unlocked and installed everything, but when I try to launch BoI, the game crashes immediately. All I get is "The Binding of Isaac has stopped working..."

Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've updated Adobe Flash player, Shockwave player, and AIR. I've tried "Run as Admin," even downloaded the non-steam version of the game and get the same exact error.
