Scrim Team (FOR REAL)

[Hubble]

ok, im new to ego, but i love to scrim. reading this forum, i see that there is not much of a scrim team. SO, i am here to get this started again. YES, i do own a 5000fps scrim server and NO i will not give you rcon unless i really trust you. thats beside the point. if you would like to try out for the scrim team, please send me a PM on the forums or (probably better) add me on steam my name is r4nd0m1y

add that username and pop me a pm. we can do 1v1 or we can g5 and do a scrim for the tryout. plz dont flame either. thanks!

We did at one point have a scrim team. That died down when the Advisor in charge, Fart Vader, stepped down. It would be fun to hang out with members of the clan and scrim on your server, but I do not think it would be able to be an official eGO scrim team. This is only because eGO does not accept servers from outside parties do to ownership issues, etc. I would recommend you run this by eGO leadership by using the Drop Box (i linked it for you). Thank you for your willingness to help, and your want to re-establish the scrim team!

By all means, it does not have to be 'official eGO team' im just saying if people want to scrim (and im sure there are people out there) then they should contact me

Nice steam ID, do you play on client?

[Hubble]

Yep, no team though, I just pug. I used to play cs when it was a mod for half-life, but I couldnt find my account name anywhere so I had to make a new account.

[shan^K]

We used to do a lot of scrims in summer when most of the people were available. Now there are just a few of us left who still play cs:s competitive so we usually get 5 mans off scrimsearch or get on client. Not a lot of people in eGO play the game at that level, they mostly play our pubs. If you are organizing scrims and need one, I am almost always available, since currently I am living the bum life so add me if you wish.

The best way to find a scrim within eGO is to jump onto Ventrilo and get in the CS:S channels. Put something about how you are looking to scrim in your comment. A lot of us will scrim for fun if someone is organizing a pick up game.

[Hubble]

Ya i look in the scrim rooms, but no one is ever in them -_-

[The Judge]

Not the scrim rooms. The CS:S Divisional channels. We only go to the scrim rooms once a pug has been or is being organized.

[Hubble]

ahh ok thanks

I wouldn't mind getting into it, but I'd need to practice the maps. s000 different from 1.6 lol.

[FredDaBucket]

I'd love to scrim. If you see me on steam or in vent just tell me and I would gladly scrim (of course with Skryim coming out I wont be available for a few months)
