Well put Silent. As admins we are entrusted to uphold the rules here at eGO and in order to help us maintain order according to those rules, we are supposed to follow a Warn, kick, ban policy. What this means is that in
most cases a player should be warned before any further action is taken. Like Silent said, if you feel an admin is acting out of anger or truly being unfair, you can use the
dropbox to post your concern to where only leadership can see it.
Why is asking someone if they are black racist? Would asking someone if they are white be considered racist?
Again, as Silent said, it's not technically racist but neither is it necessary. While playing on our servers, it shouldn't make a difference if someone is black, white, or any other ethnicity. Thoughts like these should probably be kept to ones self, but we don't know if the term was being used to ask if someone was black, call someone out for "being black," or just being said in a casual way that might have been blown out of proportion.
Ahh there it is. It's only a matter of time that someone becomes an admin.
As far as our promotions go, leadership hand picks who our admins will be based on how we as players follow and uphold eGO rules. Granted, some may receive admin for being dedicated over some amount of time, that is not how our admins should be thought of. Once again, if you feel you have a problem with an admin or that they are abusing their privilege, use the

condump or screenshots or something of the like, the problem will be looked into.
I'm also sure leadership will look into this post and give a solid answer to any other question you may have.
Thanks for asking,
