This one is strange.
I had a kit of PNY XLR8 DDR3 memory go out on me several weeks ago, so I got PNY to issue me an RMA for it. So I sent the memory in, and I finally received it back today... only it's not what I sent in.
I sent in a 2x2GB DDR3 1600mhz CAS 8 memory.
I received back 3x2GB DDR3 1600mhz CAS8 memory.
I'm about to get on their support site about this, because although this is cool (but I don't really have the need for the 3rd stick), that means that the product that they sent back to me is not the same product as I bought from newegg, and thus, I cannot prove that I actually bought it.
Has anyone else had something like this happen to them before?
