I've only ever seen 64 person Op Metro maps PACKED. Throw in something like HC or 1000 tickets or BOTH and make it so both teams can win. It's great, it's already been mentioned that it's a great map to level up on, and it's pretty darn fun. Maybe 1000 is excessive. Maybe 700 tickets or only 32 players with 1000 tickets. Anyway, you get the idea. Great fun. All Op Metro maps are ALWAYS packed. I think it's a rule.
 
24/7 of any single map is a map killer. Sure, the server will be full, but after a while it gets to the point where no one likes that map anymore.

I dont think so, for example the heavy metal server slowly grew in popularity over time. People like coming back to maps they are comfortable with in order to rank up faster and enjoy the game more. If the map is good, it really never gets boring. CS maps like Dust and Aztec are still very popular after almost 10 years.
 
IMO if we do end up choosing the 24/7 of 1 large map, I hope it is strike at karkand:thumbup:

Have you guys noticed, that control points are also variable? Like, you can remove certain ones. Played bazaar for like an hour without d or e today. Hehe, just thought I'd make things more complicated!
 
24/7 Metro....hands down. I have been playing two other servers likethis alot lately. soooo much fun.
 
No Damavand Peak or Metro with 1 play per map (no repeats) imo.

oi oi oi nothing really from me. I just wanna hear what leadership has to say.

Instead of 24/7 1 map. We need a Back to Karkand maps only server. I have had it with 1 map servers. It gets boring after 3 rounds(or less) and they fail 50% of the time.

The only servers I see populated at 4:00am are 24/7 servers. I don't think that's an accurate statistic.
