Well to Start, What kind of Signature did you have in mind? ... I'm really not sure what a Spoopi is. But if you have a certian theme or object you would like the Sig based on please tell us, other than that we only have your name to go by.
Also, you might be inclined to make it yourself... In that case what programs on your computer do you have readily available? For instance you could use the basic programs windows/mac start with such as Mac: Paintbrush or MS: Paint
More advanced Mathamatic Image editors would include Adobe Photoshop and the GIMP
Although Adobe photoshop is not free, The GIMP is.
If you want to make Vector Graphics (Make them from scratch instead of using pictures already made. You could use Corel Draw.
Other than that there are many different types of applications to use for making pictures/ Editing them. But It really depends on the Experience or Skills you have with Each Application that will give you the Desired Result.
Anyways, To give us a Start in the right direction name off some color you would prefer, or perhaps a Picture that you would like to be intergrated into it.... any kind of point of refrence we can go from.
