trolls on the ego servers

If you ever encounter a problem in a server, and there are no admins, immediately contact one. I would say the statements you listed are not that of a 'troll' but more of someone trying to learn what is/not allowed... because they have never seen a clean server before!
Bottom line, leave the admining (warning) to the admins, play, have fun, we will be there to make sure it stays punk free!
But, I'll still answer your question

Yes, the game is rated M, for mature, so act like it.
-what about the voiceovers? they can't be turned of-

No one wants to have a discussion in game, it means you wont be playing, the admins have been trained to handle any and all situations. One day, if you get promoted, you will be trained as well. But for now, let the admins admin, if you need one just join ventrilo, there are plenty throughout the roooms.

and i don't know about you but ive seen them on countless occations
one time there was 5 or 6 of em at once and vertago took em all out (good job by the way on that)

Don't bother, the answers I gave are pretty much that of what other admins would give, I'm not sure what this thread is trying to get at exactly....
Realistically, If there is a troll, troublemaker, or a rule breaker, DO NOT ANSWER HIM JUST CONTACT AN ADMIN.

Sometimes talking nice works. Other times it doesn't.
I usually diffuse a situation just by being polite. Remember that we need players to keep our servers around. If we yell at people for rule breaking, they'll just up and leave when we could have just taken care of the situation.
