Raiding Schedule

Empire:

We will be raiding Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday 7-11 pm CST.

During these times we will be doing normal mode and moving on to hard modes and eventually Nightmare mode! If you have any questions pm Medviah

Republic:

We will be raiding Thursday at 6 pm EST and Saturday the raid will be starting between 2 to 3 pm EST.

During these times we will be doing normal mode and moving on to hard modes and eventually Nightmare mode! If you have any questions pm Blatz aka Hamms in game.

Cool thanks for the info. Hope to be 50 soon and get into some raiding. I was also wondering since we have such a big group of people and raids being about 8 people maybe we could have secondary raid groups for lower geared/slower leveling people. Because right now there seems to be that one main group of people that are already 50 and have decent gear. If we set up a secondary group of raiding for people like myself that don't have as much free time and not quite geared yet that way we could incorporate more people into raiding.

We don't have enough people to set up another raiding group. Raiding does take up a big amount of time too.

The reason I suggested that is because I see there are a group of other people just getting to 50 or near 50. So what is going to happen when raid nights comes and you got 16 people. You are going to take the people you all have already started gearing and leave the rest out. It's not like WoW where the guild has it's sole raiders because these groups are so much smaller. Just something to think about.

Well it is like WoW, we will be having Core Raiders. Eventually we will be setting it up and we will set up another one when and if we have enough people for it and if they want to raid or not.

So would you be opposed say if some night the "core" raiders had already done theirs and there was a group of people that wanted to do a raid and they did one?

Well we would need a officer in the group to make sure that everything goes smoothly. ATM the raiding officer is in the main group of raiders. I wouldn't be opposed to them doing it. I would just want someone with you guys to make sure everything goes smoothly. Which, ATM, we do not have anyone. Unless one of the OP:X Advisors is in the raid with you guys.

Noted and I understand the importance of leadership but I would hope even without them fellow members of eGO would withhold our organization values. If someone were to ninja or grief a simple kick could resolve the situation. That is how the rest of the organization runs.

The reason I am so curious and outspoken about these things is because most of us are eG's /eGO's and I know the mmo rules are different but if we are given the responsibility to run servers that our organization pays for then we should be able to be trusted in running some of our own raids. Maybe this is something that needs to be brought up in a meeting and it is in no way meant to be token as an insult to how things are run now but I just see it becoming very unfair soon for some people that are just getting 50 or soon to be including myself. I'm sure you can understand where I come from.
