No. A lot of people still enjoy playing flash, but, the public interest in it has certainly died down. A few measures lately, even currently, are being made on possibly restoring it to having people on it at least sometimes.
I just did a search for all servers hosting flash. There are 72 other flash servers right now, and I'd say 69 to 70 of them are empty or full of bots. apparently its become an unpopular map in general.. but these numbers are semi-typical for a lot of maps. Yes, it's 1 am, but 98% of the servers empty is a lot. DoDs is a dying game, and rarely generating new players.
We maintain very popular servers still, though. avalanche, donner, strand, and kalt are still populated often, if not all the time.. Usually, avalanche and strand at least are full almost all day and night. Anzio now has FF enabled, and can be flourishing at times as well.
I'm not quite sure what the exact reason is that flash got unpopular, but it's been empty most of the time for about 2 months, maybe more time than that. It'll be hard to get it back to it's glory, but it's possible. Hopefully we can, as it was my 3rd fav map.
