Blue Screen

Hey i need help with a problem Ive been having for almost 3 years now. for no apparent reason I get completely random freezes and blue screens. any suggestions? I have a screen shot of the blue screen if that is any help.

unfortunately that pic doesn't help too much to narrow it down.

describe to us when these blue screens usually happen. What were you doing when you get them? have you made any serious changes in terms of software or hardware, recently? etc.

They happen completely randomly. i could be idle and it will do it or in a game or surfing the web. Its been doing this ever since i got the computer. almost for 3 years
