Steam Not Loading

I click on Steam and nothing happens, I have tried rebooting it on Task Manager, Restarting and more but it still doesn't do anything? Any advice please PM me on my profile.

Have you attempted to go into task manager and look at process's. Make sure all steam process's are off and try to re-open steam. Instead of under running programs i tend to use process's.

Hit CTRL-SHIFT-ESC (Win7 only), go to the "Processes" tab and locate "steam.exe"

Left click it and chose "End process". You should now be able to start Steam again.

If not, try reinstalling it. Always does the trick for me if Steam starts acting up.
