Question: How do they work?

So, I have seen the "jail" server, but have never joined one, and I have no idea how they work. So my question is exactly what the title of the thread says, "How do they work?" How do you play on them?

Jail is a role-playing game inside CS:S. It pits prison guards(CT's) and prisoners(T's) against each other, where a warden gives orders, and the T's try to rebel. There is a jail server rule book that MUST be read before you join the server, the post is here.

Jail is basically a role playing game where CT's are guards in a jail and the T's are prisoners. At the beginning of the round a warden is chosen and he/she determines what the T's do and all the orders that are given.

The CT's attempt to control the T's and limit it down to one T per round to get a last request. This can be done through many different methods.

The T's try to either: rebel, or get to being the last request. The main objective is to kill all the guards.

I suggest you join T when you play for the first time and just pay attention to orders and all the rules. Get the basics down first and then try to play CT.

Hope this helps a bit. The best way to learn is to just try it out.

It's basically were the cts are the "cops" and the t's are the "prisoners". The cts spawn at, or near an armory so they can be equipped with guns. The T's spawn in their cells at cell block. There are many many different maps to play jail on. Once the cell doors are opened. The Cts tell the T's what to do. The T's may "rebel" and attack a ct to get his gun, the cts will most liukely win and kill you in the end unless you are Special-Forces Panda. xD I think thats about it
