Well I mean its still in beta anyways.
Clackers, I can see where you are coming from, but I think differently. The game is... out of this world. It's so realistic and amazing. I think after the success of CS:S they would not let the game go without mods being allowed, but who knows. We will definitely see how this all plays out soon.

I've been playing on my console a lot more recently because of classes (NCAA Football 2k12 mainly - PS3 - Mopar33L), and playing some LoL here and there. I was about to start playing some CS:S tonight cause I haven't played in a while, but instead my friend surprised me with a beta key after he said he got one. Sweet. Anyways, the game seems to really have A+ potential to be a part of the Counter-Strike trio and to butt-heads with the predecessors. The registry seems pretty spot on, the guns are shiny, and the maps redone (with the cut of assault and addition of official gun game maps and etc). It's a different version of CS in many ways, it's promising from what I played tonight. Nice job gathering all those pictures for that stuff! Add me if you want someone to play with.
Hate to be petty, but ... At first glance I like the two-handed grip on the glock. However, I then noticed that the grip is wrong, for a right handed shooter the left hand wraps around the right and a little over the top (so the left thumb should be a little above and forward of the right thumb on the left side of the gun. There is nothing for the left hand to grab on the bottom. Other than that and molotov spamming over the bombsite sounds like it will be fun. decoy bomb sounds interesting, especially for scrims.
They are awesome actually! I love them so far, I've tricked a decent amount of people with them. Really adds more strategy to it.

I just got the Beta too.. I will not be supporting this game. Ugly models, bad gameplay, no thank you.

All that from 0.1 hours of gameplay eh? You played it for 6 minutes, you should probably play it at LEAST 1 hour before saying it's a bad game.

Well put. That's like watching a movie for 2 minutes and declaring its horrible. Very few things peeve me more than that.
I say we force him to play for 5 hours straight.

Alright, I guess you're correct. I cant declare that the game is terrible, yet. However, I really do hate the way things look so far. The non-detailed weapons (also fat) and the sensitivity (which is probably just a setting issue) make me not like it.

Penguin, you are my hero. Thank you for posting this, I was looking forward to seeing some in-game screenies and I hit the jackpot! Nice work!
I thought the guns seemed pretty ugly when I first saw pictures, but when I actually got a chance to play it for a bit, they really don't look half bad. Plus, I like the new change in the gameplay. Personal preferences, however.
