Hey guys, im just wondering what your future careers would be. As for me, mine would be in the military, or a stormchaser.

(this topic really wouldnt work for old hags like me the butcher, but if u realy wanted to, u could say your current career or what you wanted to be when you were a kid)

actually im taking the civil service test next month to become a police officer :-D if i fail or there are others more qualified im retaking it until i get the position been my "dream" since i was like 10

Advertising driven Graphic Design. I'm into my second year as a university student its going pretty well, then I might take the two years after to get a masters. Then maybe be a freelance designer, maybe maybe work for a big corporation's advertising department, maybe a design firm. But my ultimate goal would to open up and run my own design firm, and higher on a staff of my own of different sorts of artists and computer graphic designers... cross my fingers

I'm a Gunner with the Royal Canadian Artillery and using my experiences to join with a police service back in Ontario eventually. That's the plan, anyway. I love construction though so if I can get back into electrical work or house buiding then that's a possibility too.

man im 24 and i aint the slightest idea but i just scored a well paying job as a professional painter (indoor outdoor/residential/commercial type stuff) and im happy as a clam about it cuz this last job i had just isnt cutting the bills quick enough. stupid dollar and its decreasing value.

but what i wanna be is a musician, well, i AM one.. just not a well enough paid one to live off it. but all the perks sound nice to me.. not having to fight in war to travel, everywhere ya go your fans love ya, and well... yea just travel without having to do the war thing. (nothing against any vets or service members of any country in here, i just seem to have a problem with people telling me what to do ;\ )

well it is my dream to be a police officer. Im currently an auxilliary officer in a local town by me. Unfortunately, since i didnt take my life seriously i never really tried in school and usually have an average of a C. This will obviosuly thwart my chances at getting hired and taking the civil service test to get a position is nearly impossible. Most people dont realize this but for every 1 opening for police officer there are hundreds of applicants. That leaves you with horrible horrible odds at getting hired. I also recently wanted to go into video game designing. But since my whole college career ive been takign criminal justice classes i put myself in a bad position. I fear my option will have to be going to the NYPD but they do not get good pay at first and the problem is i live in NJ and you have to live in NY to get hired. So what am i going to do? Can anyone please help my life out?? (Maybe give me a job somewhere as something) lol
