that's actually a glitch. Sydney Sleeper cannot get headshots by any means. If it somehow gets forced crits and the shot happens to hit the head, then the killicon will show up as a headshot.

Even though you could get a headshot with the sleeper via the method goz suggested, no assist on that kill feed.... So he wasnt be crit ubered by a medic. So he prolly just swapped to sleeper after getting the headshot. Although if there is some other way that can give a sniper crits(dont know if mini crits count, dont think they do), then maybe he could have gotten a headshot.

I didn't. If you look closely, you'll see that i just had entered the resupply, and not leaving it so i didn't touch the cabinet to change the weapon.
