Css rates?

So ive been getting some pretty bad choke, and ive narrowed it down to my rates.( i fired up tf2 and when playing i get literally no choke) So i need some new rates:biggrin:.. Any input is appreciated. So all in all, what rates do you guys play with?



(The game is still playable now, its just a little choppy.)





When i get some time to actually play css ill edit my current rates into the post here.
