Fleet Bank

Are there any rules for the fleet bank?

I'm assuming if you take something out, it'd be nice to put something of about equal value back.

But what about the craftable items? Can we take those out and put back the items we crafted? Or is that too much of a loss?
Could we instead take out lower-tier crafting items in return for putting higher-tier crafting items in until we get our crafting up?

Any other general rules?

Or can I just empty the entire bank out in one sweep?

Well, try to think of the bank as an equivalent exchange. The items there are for all our members to use to help them in whatever way needed, there are no restrictions to taking any items in the bank, but members should also be adding items to the bank to keep it flowing.
I do a lot of anomaly scanning when mission running, so I try to make sure our raw materials are in stock. They are there, so feel free to use them.

I would not recommend depleting the bank in one sweep, a lot of time, effort, and donations have gone into making it what it is.

Actually I think the first tier in the bank is saved for higher ranks. Fleet Ranks not Game Ranks.

Also there is a limit to what you can take and I believe it is based on time as well. So take too much and you may have to wait to take more. This gives admins time to thwart your evil plot!

Its all about rank in the Fleet. Just hang out in the vent channel and get to know the fleet founders.

The fleet bank was started by Angreifen, and then i added to it along with many other people who are starting out, and this is how it goes for the fleet bank before i left and how it should stay,

1.) all (e)'s (eG)'s (eGO)'s can take i believe 1 item out per day 24 hours or the time of midnight hits bank is reset.
2.) if you are say a LT CMD, and you make Commander put all your lower rank equiptment into the bank for other's to use and enjoy.
3.) If you take crafted Item's and you have nothing of equal value, then put Credits into the bank as a value tradeoff.
4.) Anything in the bank is available to any member if you can't get what you need ask a Advisor or DL that has rank in the game to get you the items, long as you confer with Strat Leadership first, to get certain items, and have him give them to you after he picks them up.

those were the rules before i left, and i think IDK_lobsters can write this up better for me since i am doing this on the fly.

plus talk to IDK_lobsters, BGWarrior, or Old_monkei about setting up some times on the forums get the info out to all the members who play star trek, so you can get some fun events going. just pester them tell em i sent you aha
