Dear DoD,
Despite the fact I have not been around in this division for long, you are by far my favorite (runner up being OPX). Anyways, tomorrow I leave to start my magical journey to Fort Sill, Oklahoma so I figured I'd write you guys a nice and typical good bye (for now) thread.
Thanks for being the awesome bunch of sarcastic (and sometimes sweet) people you are. I've loved gaming with you, when I had the time and I appreciate the support when I announced my impromptu departure.
I will miss the events, mostly because I would either be team killed by Cwhit because he's sadistic or on occasion by BCA who did it in the name of Compton (which is an okay reason, I guess). And then, by some miracle, my KDR would manage to not be a sad pathetic excuse for a score. But those moments were far, rare and in between.
So to Megs I say- I know we haven't had a bountiful amounts of time to talk, but I appreciate the times you were there. You are an extremely good friend. You're also a great advisor, keep up the good work!
To Mininaynay, Sonic and Katlyn - you guys are silly. Katlyn, never change the sassiness. Sonic, young grasshopper, continue to be a good O and life will go smoothly and for Naynay, don't let those butt heads on the servers get you down! Power to the womens!
Annihilator- you are a silly git and I also look forward to the next time I can harass you.
Lungbuster- you're a great division leader. And you're silly. This is good.
Cwhit - you've also been a good friend. We've had some falling outs before but I know it was all in good friendship. You're great as council, and also keep being awesome!
Superglue- thanks for being a more recent but very good friend. It's been fun! Good luck with your schooling and such!
Sumac- I know we've never really talked much but DoD wouldn't be DoD without you and you're pretty friggin hilarious when you're on. So thanks for being you and making events fun when I was able to attend.
And to the DoD leadership - you guys are amazing. I hope it's the same roster when I return.
To anyone else I forgot, keep recruiting and don't close Anzio! That's a good map and I will be very sad face if it's gone when I get back.
Thanks for all the good times, and I hope to be back whenever I can actually get online again and get a new laptop.
