Need help with this error!

Alright everytime I try to play The New Ghost Recon ONline game. It keeps giving me this error Which i located as a attachment in this post. Thank you and hope someone can help me.

Hello, ClackerS.

If you can, try this:

1. Press the Windows key + R then type dxdiag.exe then hit Enter.
2. In the resulting window, on the bottom right, click the button 'Save all information' and save the text file output to your desktop.
3. Attach the text file here in your reply post.

Also is this the beta of Ghost Recon? Just curious.
