Can't connect to some servers

[br33chncl33r]

I was just playing on office and wanted to play Jail. The server was listed as online, along with the other servers, but when I hopped, I got "Connection failed after 4 retries." Others seem to be able to get on though. This also happens on de_dust. I can still connect to office though.

Our servers are experiencing stabilization issues.
