Kelvin Yu (Francis Yu)
11/18/1961 - 4/14/2012
For those of you who knew Kelvin, you knew that he was an avid Donner player and one
mean rocketeer, a man who could rally his team to a victory without breaking a sweat.
Sadly Kelvin passed away earlier this month losing his fight with cancer, passing away peacefully.
His son, Francis Jr., was kind enough to let us know this, knowing that Francis was a DoD
member to the core and allowing us to take a moment to offer condolences.
In Honor of Kelvin there will be no Wild Card event this week, instead we will be playing on Donner (events server) in a
Rocket only event. Please feel free to offer any words to the Yu family here, I am sure it is all very appreciated.
His Journey's Just Begun
Don't think of him as gone away
his journey's just begun,
life holds so many facets
this earth is only one.
Just think of him as resting
from the sorrows and the tears
in a place of warmth and comfort
where there are no days and years.
Think how he must be wishing
that we could know today
how nothing but our sadness
can really pass away.
And think of him as living
in the hearts of those he touched...
for nothing loved is ever lost
and he was loved so much.

Any condolences, memories, or words of farewell can be given here Francis Yu's Guestbook.
