Whats your favorite ol'timer?

Mines MK4

Dat Arcade Gore. Although the finishings look damn stupid compare to the recent ones. Its still a classic. Still playin it on my Laptop LOL!

The first mario. I remember playing it when I was a little kid on Nintendo 64.

And some other game I can't remember.

PC: Mohaa - that game was a classic.

Oh and BF1942

Not sure if trollin... but I'll bite....

You mean NES? Not N64.

Most of my N64 games: Star Wars Rogue Squadron, Banjo Kazooie/Tooie, Paper Mario, Star Fox 64, SSB.
I know they're not that old, but neither am I.

Space invaders or Frogger,it's been so long I can't remember which one I played first.Yeah I'm old like that*grabs cane & hobbles out*

I loved those games too.

For the PC, my favorite relatively old game is Star Wars: Battlefront 1 and 2

Aquanoid, Electroman, Jazz Jackarabbit, Mystic Towers, Jumpman Lives!, Brix, Duke Nukem, Jetpack. All DOS games. I'm not that old but I've been PC gaming since I've got memory.

I can't choose between these 3:

Advanced Dungeons and Dragons on the Intellivision
Super Mario World on the SNES
Secret of Mana on SNES

Side note: In modern collections AD&D is now known as Crown of Kings.

Battlefield 1942, not that old but still ten years is considered a lot in gaming. Probably in my mind the first open world shooter that was, well amazing. You could drive the air craft carrier, battle ship, planes, tanks, transports, and the expansions were pretty cool such as secret weapons of ww2.

All of the mario games

How old do you mean? I was an N64 girl, my oldest game is Yoshi's Story and it's still one of my favorites XD I did play a lot of NES games as well, I loved Sqoon and Spelunker. :D

I remember Spelunker that was an awesome game.I totally forgot about that one,I'm gonna have to see if it's downloadable on the wii now.

Good luck with that. The Virtual Console is a lament of greatly misused potential.

Fair amount of great games on it, don't get me wrong. Just an equal or greater number of great games that still haven't been added. To me there's no reason that every title shouldn't be available by now, both NES and SNES. Maybe even N64.

There are no excuses for it in my book. I'm guessing most of them are a licensing issue to be honest.

lets see here...

PC - Diablo, Duke Nuke Em, Doom, StoneKeep
Console - Sonic the Hedge Hog for Sega - Zelda for N64 - Donkey Kong for NES
