I have buttons near my thumb on my mouse. One is for my primary, the other for my secondary. I can switch while moving and shooting.

2 1 seems faster to me if pressed fast enough. When pressing QQ you bring your pistol all the way up almost. While 2 1 I barely see that guy.

feels best to use 3 with index finger and hold shift with pinky while pressing w with middle finger to get away from enemies. If im in less of a bind I use the scroll wheel, but thats not often.
