Need skin help

I got this skin for my M1 garand, and didn't like it cause the sights are horrible imo. I dled a new skin for it, but I can't seem to get it to overwrite the old one... Anyone that can help?

If you manually install the last skin, why not try to remove those files and put the news one afterward.

Make sure to remove every file. If you still have the .rar or .zip then just follow the list.

your M1grand will be found in this folder go
C:/programfiles/Steam/SteamApps/yourname(or)e-mail/DayofDefeatSource/dod/materials/models/weapons/ inside the weapons folder there should be 2 folders V_models and W_models check in theses folders you should see the m1 folder there just delete it, I have all kinds of custom skins and sounds ever need any help i can be found on Vent or in Donner.

yea im just like crazycraig i have everything skinned including the crates....trying to keep the game lvl graphic wise w/ all the new ones..... so if anyone needs any help you can find me on donner/vent/pm ill be happy to help
