I cried watching the Japanese Film, Departures. It was so touching. After watching it. I feel like I need to respect all cremators and people who prepares the dead for cremations.
Preparation of the dead in Japan is considered a form of art. It is to put on make-up and put on their most prized robes on the dead to send them to the next world.
I was 14 when I watched it and I cried. It's so sad. I recommend you guys to watch it at least once in your life. It won the best foreign film in the Oscars.

I can't think of any movies...books and TV shows, yes, but no movies.

As for shows, though...
Stargate SG-1 on two occasions. The episodes "Meridian" and "Heroes, Part 2." If you're a Stargate fan, you know why. (Especially Meridian.

Stargate Universe. The last episode. Only in small part due to the fact that it would be the final Stargate episode.
My Little Pony. The episode "Hurricane Fluttershy." (Yes. You have read this correctly.)
Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann. Episode 8 (YOU KNOW WHY), episode 11, and the last episode (manly tears).
Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. The last episode or so.
The only time I've cried for a villain.

Ah. Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog. Technically a movie, a short film. The end of that... ;-;
And of course how could I forget Schindler's List.

I've only cried watching one movie, because I'm so macho.
(...or because I rarely watch any movies)

Anyway, I cried during Grave of the Fireflies, probably the most depressing movie I've watched.
Besides that, I cry to music, tv shows and random pictures more than I probably should.

Dragonheart and Save The Green Planet (credits) are the only ones I can pull off the top of my head, but I know there are others :P
