Sorry to hear what's going on and I understand how you may feel. Actually both my grandfather and I have had open heart surgery for different reasons that I don't really feel needed to be discussed in open, but it really isn't fun when a family members goes through it. I pray for their health. Hopefully things work out for your family.

Eat this deep fried twinky they said.... It'll be delicious and fun they said....

Best of luck to you and your family. And on your future endeavors!! :)

Yes, you should always have an hour with exercise every day and have small meals but eat more often. A year ago I ate really unhealthy and never did any exercising. That lead to not having any energy at all and my body was always hurt after walking a small distance.

I hope you and your family will not go through something like that again. Have a great time in Peru.

I'm sorry about your family man. I hope they get well soon. :]

Best wishes for a speedy recovery for everyone.

Eating healthy and living an active lifestyle is certainly a great way to mitigate heart problems. If anyone needs help or motivation to start running, let me know.

Sorry to hear that Johnny. Take it easy and we'll be here when you get back. Best of wishes!

Johnny, you know i'm here, have been forever if you need something :) + you have my number if you need it.

If you're mother is anything like you being a trooper, she's make it through. I hope for the best for her, and your family. Stay strong:)
