Yes they have i think the REAL goal in bf3 now should be to have EVERY dog tag(i dont mean like unlocked just when you take someone elses)

Yeah honestly that's the only goal in bf3 that's even remotely difficult at this point. They're handing out ranks like a soup line and getting gun kills is now a joke since CQ came out and you get 40 kills in 10 minutes. OR MORE.

Meh, Good thing we all play to have fun right?.... Honestly I never cared about leveling anyways. It was just an excuse to unlock new weapons and 9 times out of 10 I only use certain weapons anyway so in the end it serves no more purpose unless you can't have fun without a digital pat on the back in which case I pity you.

Once you hit colonel rank, double xp is pointless. Sure it still requires 230,000 xp to get to the next rank, but there isn't much incentive to do so.

Yes, a little excessive, but I gotta admit it's kind of fun to see how many points you can rack up since everything is doubled.
