Need help with skins!!

Well i have this problem with my skins for css

I switched over to another computer user account and when i tried to play i didnt see my skins so i went and looked at my cstrike and the files were all there....
so i decidedd maybe i have to get new ones to work with this account...
i deleted the whole cstrike and re dwnled some skins and tried to use them...
didnt work... :cursing:
i need help to get them back id appreciate it

Make sure the skins are installed correctly.

If you're connecting to servers that have sv_pure set, skins won't show up. Try creating your own server (either through the Create Server item on the main menu, or by typing map cs_office into console) - by default sv_pure should be set to 0 and your skins should work if they're installed correctly.

i just reinstalled the game and it gave me a whole new steamapps and i just put my skins in and they work now (thank god) but thanks for trying!
