My friend can't really play TF2 anymore. So I was hoping that you could give me any suggestions to help. Should He reinstall the game? Are there questions I need to ask him for you to know what to do? I really want to help him but have no idea of any of this type of stuff

What happens when he crashes, is it only tf 2 that does it ? and some specs would help too.

lol error logs, crash logs, details of the crash of course, when did this problem start, did he do something to his computer that may have done this, do a system restore, reinstall steam/tf2 etc do everything thats common sense then if the problem persist come back on here and tell us everything you know in regards to the crash. better yet have him join Edge gamers
