Game On! - Summer League Continues

I have a couple of questions because I've never been in competitive before.(Dun hate me :( )
Is this 6v6 or 9v9?
How are the classes picked?
What skill level is required?
Do you get your own class?

So far, I've only heard reported one match from Week 2: Entirely Irrelevant versus Lotion. I'm going to give the other four teams until next Monday to play and alert me of results.
