Hey guy just joined a couple days ago and was wondering how you go about joining some of these DOD events that happen throughout the week cause I would really like to spend time getting to know as many ppl as I can. And a second question I do play some other steam games like CS:S and a few others and was wondering if i play on those eGO servers do I keep my tag on or take it off? any help would be gratefull.

You can keep your tags on for whatever game you decide to play, its good across all boards. As for finding out about the events we host, there are no sign-ups (for the regular events) and it's usually first come first serve. You can find out the dates, times, types of events by visiting the DoD:S general forums and watching for MegsATaggers posts with that information. Coming into Ventrilo is also an excellent way of getting to know people.

Events are held on the event server. This is the event server number 67.228.175.241:27015. There is a password to the event server which is usually events. If the password is not events you can talk to people on ventrillo. You can keep your ego tag on on any server.

If you havent noticed already, he's been playing there quite frequently. And doing quite well from what I've seen. =P

Thanks Jinn yea ive been trying to at least play all the servers once a week if possible I dont like to play 1 map constantly except for donner lol I seem to feel at home there

Welcome Beret, just to clarify, (a) eGO has several CSS servers, enjoy them; and (b) regardless where you play with your =(e)= tag, please follow eGO rules as well as the rules on other servers. In other words, even if the server you are on allows swearing, racism, insulting others, griefing, etc, dont do it because it is a violation of eGO rules and will get you disciplined, perhaps even kicked from the group.

Donner is a pretty good map, can get stalematey there every so often.
