G35 help

So yesterday i got my new g35 headset in the mail tried it on got it fitted perfectly installed the software and everything and i noticed it let you bind the g keys for vent so i tried to bind one of them and the key wont do anything in vent example i binded g2 to be the push to talk key but it wont work also when i use my regular PTT key i hear nothing when i hit my PTT key. Any help is appreciated thanks all

I'll try to help you out on this,

For the G keys on a G35, the only way you are going to be able to use the vent buttons will be if you have Ventrilo 3.0.5.

As for the ventrilo keys not working, I have noticed that sometimes when my mic is up and muted the vent keys will not work for me. Try muting and unmuting your mic.

The easiest way to set the G keys for vent is to do it through the Logitech software include with the headset. Open up the software and at the top right there is a bunch of menus that let you set various guff up. Hope that helps!

I don't think I was clear enough I HAVE tried binding the g keys to be PTT in vent and I do have ventrilo 3.0.5

Yeah, then the best way to do it is through the included Logitech software. I had the same problem and using the software on the CD worked for me so as long as there has been no changes, it should work for you
