Trivia for ST

Just a quick question, why isn't Trivia allowed to give STs? It isn't killing anybody, but you're still not allowed to do it.

If there is an obvious reason I apologize.

No one wants to play trivia for 4 minutes trying to figure out the answer having no possible way to give someone an lr. thats what trivia became after a while. just my thought on it.

yeah it might be a waste of time. Back when i played i could barely finish giving orders before the round ended

2. People would "cheat" by telling them the answer via steamchat so they can have the upperhand.
3. Its unnecessary.

Im sure i can come up with more reasons. thats just on the spot.

1. You can make a rule that it can take no longer than 15-20 seconds.
2. What's the point? If a T, they could have said it themselves. If CT, well you're already a CT you're just picking your enemy. If Warden, ....
3. Couldn't you call many games unnecessary then?

As warden you can just press tab and pick one or two sts randomly... done. Trivia would just take up an excessive amount of time that doesn't need to be wasted. And if he warden is willing to give a certain person the upper hand, why not just give them st in the first place @_@.

Important Rules

1. No Trivia
Trivia in all forms is restricted from the Jail Server. The warden must provide other methods to eliminate prisoners, and these games must involve active participation from all prisoners.

So basically, no trivia at all.

Sounded more like a question requesting an explanation than a suggestion. As to this being a suggestion, I dislike trivia and I think its more of who can google fastest, so I will always be against trivia anything.

I see what you mean, but I don't mean like hardcore questions. I just meant something quick and very easy like maybe "memorize this sentence - says it - what was the 3rd word?" or "What's 2 + 2". However, not everyone will do that.

You shouldn't feel discouraged just because your suggestion wasn't the best. Keep the suggestions rolling in cause we're always looking for ways to make jail more fun for everyone.
