Sniper advice?

My tips:

1) Try lowering your sensitivity. Most snipes (with an exception of a few) run anywhere between 8inch/360 or 14inch/360. Personally, I run around 12inch/360. How to test for this: Measure the size of your mousepad, and start moving your mouse across it from edge to edge. See how many inches it makes your character do a 360.

2)Predict where your enemy is going. It helps you be able to predict how much you are going to flick or twitch to that area.

3)Try finding a walkway server. What walkway is, is a game mod that creates bots that move in a predictable manner or unpredictable manner. It aids you in learning how to react to what classes (speeds, big heads, little heads, etc.)

4)Lastly, have fun with it. If you are gonna think you are the next Nik (haha :p), just take your time and enjoy the ride.

If you have anymore questions regarding sniper, Feel free to add me :D http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198047912210/ there's a link to my page. I happen to main sniper, and trained under a few great snipers.

Pro tip:

VP-77 doesn't like it when you body shot him; use this to your advantage.

How did I end up in these forums?

I don't snipe much anymore, but I found it helpful to try to watch / snipe against people that are better than you. Try to learn from them and implement it into your playstyle. If you're trying to snipe against someone to improve your skill though, don't just charge up a machina shot and poke your head around the corner to bodyshot them. You won't learn anything that way.
