In Mann vs. Machine, you will be able to join up with 5 other friends to eliminate waves of robots attempting to deploy a bomb at one of the Mann Co. strongholds. After completing the game mode, you will be rewarded.
Currently only information for Day 1 has been released. Each day will bring us more and more information on this new game mode. Mann VS Machine is set to be released on August 15th.
We asked Kevimaster, the Council representative for TF2, what his thoughts on the update were:
"Mann VS Machine is going to be big, really big, for TF2. It's a huge opportunity for both the game and eGO to continue growing. It's going to be interesting to see how it plays out. It sounds really fun."
We also asked Wilson, the Division Leader for TF2, if he wanted to comment:
"It's a 6 player max team against the bots, or gray team. It will definitely be a lot more organized and strategy based then any other gameplay from TF2. It looks like its going to be a lot of fun, and I look forward to playing with members from our division."
There is no word whether we will support this new game mode yet. The TF2 divisional leadership will be sure to update everyone when they have more information.</div>
