I was just wondering if I could talk to a division leader or event coordnator in vent I'm in now on the opx vent room just for some quick questions

You could always pm any dl/Ec on the forums or add them on steam, ill be happy to answer any dota 2 event questions you have.

PM'ing them is your best shout for organising a meeting rather than public posts, you can also just stalk the opx vent channel and jump on them when the join(but pm'ing is better)
