I just recently switched over to safari. It's quite a bit better than I thought it was going to be.

after 3 days firefox looks like the winner so far. Lets wait for about 2 more days for a total of a 5 day vote that might give IE time to catch up

Safari and Opera are supposed to be faster (safari was recently announced to be the fastest) but I think Firefox's diversity, plugins, and customization capabilities beat them all out.. My Internet is so fast I never tell a speed difference in browsers anyways. And pluss.. Does firefox not have the coolest logo ever.

On a side note if you are tired of checking your email through a website and want a good program for emails mozilla(group that made firefox) has a free email program called thunderbird that works very well.

Anybody who is anybody uses Firefox. It is such a better web browser than IE. I hate how so many people use IE and how some times things aren't very compatible. (I've run into problems when doing online course work at my University since they use IE for everything) IE is essentially just copying Firefox with features to catch up.

Note:
I don't think IE will catch up. Most gamers probably prefer it since they all tend to know about it and it's just straight up better period.

I started using Firefox back before version 1. And I have NEVER gone back. The one exception was on my grandmum's laptop, she wanted me to use IE so I did. Now whenever I start up either it spawns thousands of IE popups. I almost NEVER get popups in firefox, every site (Including Microsoft's own) spawns pop ups for me in IE. Firefox is my choice, and has been for a looongtime.
