Here it is folks - This is the official "What-I-do-when-the-item-server-is-down" thread!

We've all had that epic facepalm moment when you realize - you have stock weapons. What do you do now? Do you hit alt+f4? Do you spam the chat with complaints? Do you read the complaints of the other team in the chat about how good you are?

What do you do? What class do you best play as in vanilla TF2?

I reload TF2.

I'll go medic I guess if everyone else has their loadout still. If they don't I might go engineer or demoman. Although if I have been playing awhile I'll probably quit tf2 and do something else.

Eh, I don't bother doing anything other than keep playing. I'll usually switch to Scout or Medic. I normally play with a Strange stock set for Scout anyway, so not a difference in fighting terms. For (attacking) medic, my loadout is almost all vanilla, except for my Solemn Vow. Again, not much difference.

I usually play scout or demo man when item server is down.

Play scout, I always use default weapons anyways.

I keep playing my demoman, same thing as Loch just more ammo and no kamikaze
