I hear you Bee. I have been playing it for not that long and well I am glad I bought the game at half price.As for the empty servers it is quite simple.As soon as a new update or new part to BF 3 comes out people bail from the servers that are currently in place and go play the new stuff. Its kinda frustrating sitting in a server for close to an hour at a time with noone coming in. I find that BF3 is geared towards people in jets and heavy armor to stat stack instead of squading out and playing the way it was meant to play. Most people dont really know how to play as a functioning unit. Using heavy armor, mortars and infantry in real life is something to see working together, but you dont see it in BF 3. The odd time you come up against a squad that is organized and ready for battle.Trying to get people to even squad up together is almost pointless in bf 3.Most times I see the same players playing the same roles all the time. When I play I read what the squad needs and jump into that role most times because I am versatile that way and enjoy it.I am not in it for the KD ratio or stat stacking.Most times its support roles like sniper, mortar, medic and coverage roles to get teams in, cause you have most times assaulters and no medics or a firebase to establish suppressive fire to get that squad or team through the hole you are providing. I wish I could convince some guys just to be a team to play this type of role but well I thats wishful thinking.....
